Anchovy - Garlic Dip


Servings:20 (1 serving = 2 Tbsp)

Ingredients

2 (8oz) packages cream cheese
1/4 cup VIVA 1% Lowfat Milk
2 tsp anchovy paste
3 tbsp grated onion
1 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, soften cream cheese and combine with milk until creamy. Add more milk for a thinner dip.

Whip the anchovy paste and onion into the mixture. Cover and refrigerate this dip at least one hour before serving.
