Party Potato Salad |

Ingredients
| 1 cup Meadow Gold Cultured Lowfat Buttermilk |
| 1 cup Fat free mayonnaise or Fat free salad dressing |
| 2 tbsp prepared horseradish |
| 2 tbsp each sugar and chicken-flavor instant bouillon |
| 1 tsp dill weed |
| 3 pounds new potatoes, cooked and sliced |
| 1 cup small cooked shrimp or cubed cooked ham, optional |
| 1 cup each sliced celery and green onions |
| 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
Preparation

In large bowl, mix buttermilk, mayonnaise, horseradish, sugar, bouillon and dill. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; chill. Garnish. Refrigerate leftovers.
